rtk99 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Account Policies, and Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rtk99 website accessible at rtk99.io, including all associated pages, services, tools, and features.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to rtk99 and its operating entity.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the rtk99 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a User's Account at any given time, including both real-money and bonus-credit components where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by rtk99 to a User's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which requires submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, virtual sport, or any other market available on the Platform.

rtk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the rtk99 Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. rtk99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the User cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

By registering an Account, you confirm that online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform in breach of any applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform:

• Any person under 21 years of age.
• Any person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the rtk99 Platform or from gambling services generally.
• Any employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of rtk99 or its associated entities, or any immediate family member of such persons.
• Any person previously barred from the Platform for fraudulent conduct, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the rtk99 Platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rtk99 will close all duplicate Accounts and may forfeit any Balances held within them.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must keep that information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent closure.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

rtk99 is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot showing your registered mobile wallet number matching your Account details).
• Any additional documentation that rtk99 reasonably requests to satisfy its identity and fraud-prevention obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being held pending. rtk99 reserves the right to close Accounts that remain unverified after 90 days of the first deposit.

4.4 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations. Bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. rtk99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rtk99 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. rtk99 may temporarily lock your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

rtk99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password on behalf of rtk99 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rtk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the Payments page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. rtk99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rtk99 accepts no liability.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to verified Accounts and only to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the Account. rtk99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.

Verified withdrawal requests to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rtk99 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

6.5 Suspicious Transactions

rtk99 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, rtk99 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the rtk99 Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming a wager. rtk99 does not accept claims for reversal of bets placed in error by the User.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant sport, event, or game category as published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity in the settlement rules, the decision of rtk99 shall be final and binding. rtk99 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an erroneously published price or on an event that was suspended or cancelled prior to the bet being struck.

7.3 System Errors

In the event of a system or software error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or payment amounts being displayed or credited, rtk99 reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and correct the Account Balance accordingly. rtk99 will not honour winnings that arise directly from a manifest system error.

7.4 Game Providers

Casino and slot games on the rtk99 Platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In case of conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account and payment matters.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by rtk99 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry periods. Where specific terms are not stated, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires the bonus amount to be staked thirty times in total before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Real-money funds in your Account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

rtk99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim a single promotion, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, and using automated tools to exploit promotional offers constitute bonus abuse. rtk99 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

8.4 rtk99's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

rtk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated early, any qualifying activity completed prior to the termination date will be honoured in accordance with the original offer terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rtk99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Balance:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate or systematic manner.
• Using funds obtained through criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud to deposit into your Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data or functionality from the Platform without express written permission from rtk99.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rtk99 staff, agents, or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account limit applied to your Account.

An Account is classified as dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. rtk99 will attempt to notify the Account holder at the registered email address or mobile number before applying a dormancy fee.

A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining Account Balance, whichever is lower) will be deducted from dormant Account Balances beginning in the 13th month of inactivity. Once an Account Balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the Account will be closed.

To reactivate a dormant Account at any time before closure, simply log in and complete any account activity. Upon reactivation, dormancy fees will cease to apply going forward. Previously deducted dormancy fees are non-refundable.

• Losses arising from your failure to read and comply with these Terms, the applicable game rules, or the instructions of rtk99 support staff.

rtk99's aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the rtk99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the property of rtk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of rtk99's intellectual property, including scraping, mirroring, or reproducing Platform content on third-party sites, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, any dispute between you and rtk99 should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". rtk99 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to resolve the dispute within 30 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
